* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
* At least 8 years of experience with VOIP Protocols (SIPp, H.323), Unified Communications Implementation, Gateway Solution Implementation, PABX / PSTN, Wireshark, SIPp, Networking
* Experience in Unified Communication domain
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in support Cisco CUCM environment for video collaboration
* Minimum of 5 years of experience interacting with high profile executive and addressing video conferencing support needs
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Skype/Teams and Audio codecs
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in of Cisco CUCM, TMS, VCS and CMS environment management
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Media platform environment support and life cycle managementCisco Telepresence and Skype engineer with more than 6 years of experience.
