Requirement for the position of Sr. HRIS Analyst at Palo Alto, CA


Job Title Sr. HRIS Analyst
Location Palo Alto, CA
Duration: long Term (Till June 2021)

The Sr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing support of the HR Information System, Sage People with Data Management, Reporting, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations. This role will be responsible for process configurations and integrations in Sage, user communications, producing reports and analytics, providing project leadership, testing of changes and updates as well as coordinating data reviews, as applicable.

Responsibilities:
● Support People Team and cross-functionally to serve as point of contact for Sage data issues are reporting.
● Provide technical and functional expertise regarding Benefits data management.
● Review and recommend process changes; and innovative solutions to improve user experience and customer service; take lead on Sage product changes.
● Reviews Integration error reports and troubleshoots findings.
● Communicate cases and project status with users, and ensure timely response and resolution of all issues.
● Develop /create standard or custom reports. Work with Subject Matter Experts to create custom reports and various dashboards.
● Maintains data integrity in the HRIS, regularly coordinates data audits, system implementations, upgrades, modifications and clean-up efforts.
● Document business requirements and functional specifications, develop testing scripts, conduct user acceptance testing and deployment into Production.
● Perform bulk data uploads support People Team activities as Promotions, Job and Manager changes.
● Assume the role of System Administrator to include but not limited to adding and modifying role-based security permissions

Qualifications
● Understanding of HR data, processes and connection to Payroll, and Benefits carriers.
● Excellent communication skills and effective relationship building.
● Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Proven success working with limited information and ambiguity.
● Strong organizational skills and can drive initiatives to completion.
● Solutions oriented, resourceful and self-motivated.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
● Experience supporting other HR Systems such as Workday, Oracle HR, ADP, and Salesforce with advanced report writing skills.
