Must Have- Skills/Prior Experience
* Information security - Minimum 8 years of hands on experience is required
* Identity Access Management - Minimum 8 years of hands on experience is required
* Cyber Security exp.
* Recent experience in a Bank or financial services environment
* SANS, ISACA or similar relevant certification is a plus
* What is the timeline for the Interview panellist to complete the interview 
process? 1 Week
* What is your timeline to deliver the resource to the end-client? 1 Week
* Start date of the project? 01 July, 2020
* Does this role require any travel? No
* Is there a possibility of some remote work due to COVID19 situation? Yes

Business Initiative/Purpose
This role is to create engagement and alignment with the lines of business.
Identity/Access Management (IAM) Strategist ensures that end-user needs for 
access to the systems are met in a secure, comprehensive and cost-effective manner.
This role is responsible for the ongoing development, deployment, and support of
the IAM evolving multi-vendor IAM system.
The Strategist identifies business needs, provides project management and hands-on
implementation support for new IAM applications, administers the IAM components 
and overall system, and resolves complex system problems.
 
Skills:
*Proficient in Identity Access Management and technical environment; security 
automation and tool development, IAM workflows
Microsoft active directory, SQL and JavaScript.
Familiarity with role based and least privilege access models;
 
PLUS/NICE TO HAVE - Skills/Prior Experience
* Develop API driven business services for both internal and external clients
* Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to help ensure we are building the
best solutions for the problem space.
* Take responsibility for project delivery as well as wider ownership in our 
functional area.
 
Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain IAM artifacts (strategy, decision, solution design, etc.) and visual studio code
* Participate with applications and infrastructure architects to provide security 
overlays for IAM development
* Provides incident and problem management support
* Assesses current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with 
future state architecture
* Develops, participates and documents standard operating procedures, best practices 
and technical documentation in a shared repository
* Proactively works with technology and product managers to identify potential issues 
and ensures effective remediation and non-technical audiences
* Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
* General knowledge of financial services concepts and products
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
