Position: Oracle MOM Consultant
Location: Irving, Texas
Duration: Long-term(Currently remote but when Business opens has to be in client place.)

Must Have Skills: Oracle Merchandise Operations Management (MOM) - Retail Merchandising System(RMS), Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Proc*C, Unix Shell Scripting
Desired Skills: Oracle ADF
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Playing the MOM Consultant role - Functional and Technical knowledge of one or more of the following Merchandising modules: RMS, RPM, ReSA & ReIM with Oracle PL/SQL, Java ADF/JSF & Proc*C.
· Translating business requirements to solution design and technical implementation. Involve in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Low-level Design, Development, Independent Unit Testing, and Peer Review for new developments.
· Work extensively on reviewing the architecture and providing recommendations to fulfil project needs.
· Interact with business users to gather and document business requirements. Work closely with the Technical / Business team and all other project stakeholders to strategic Quality Assurance solutions for new platform migrations. Analyze impact, propose resolutions by coordinating with business and IT team members.
· Coordinates with the offshore team to deliver the artefacts on time to meet the project timeline.
· Drive Issue resolution end to end, from understanding the process/solution on the Oracle Retail and its inbound/outbound integrations
· Implement configuration in the lower environment and assist in testing/UAT
· Strong inter-personal skills (developing trusted relationships, team-working, sharing ideas and knowledge)
· Ability to identify and pro-actively solve problems
· Demonstrate time management skills
