Detailed Job Description
Experience of configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, Menu management, User profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM Technical aspects.
Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL and report development. Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills

Minimum years of experience: 5+

Responsibilities:
RCA and Debugging skills
Performance tuning skills
Coordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to deliver. Experience of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, Menu management, User profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM Technical aspects. Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL and report development. Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills
