1) Alerting & monitoring
a) Hook up BCBSA tenant to MEM solution.
i) Query: What are they doing for the tenant already?
ii) Message Center alerts
iii) Twitter feeds (@msft365status)
iv) Azure status
(1) @azure, @azuresupport
b) Set up rules to notify (these are the people to wake up in emergency)
i) OKTA setup - Daniel Muppidi and team
ii) Exchange Online problems - Core Computing Team (ITSD Core Computing)
iii) SharePoint and Teams problems - EIT SharePoint SE
iv) Other problems - Server Team and Arin
c) Set up rules to notify for informational announcements
i) New distribution group to cover members of 365 team
ii) Service Desk
2) Test environment setup
a) Setup test tenant for Office 365, with 25 E3 licenses.
i) Replicate production setup with limited user licenses.
(1) Inclusive of SailPoint, Okta, AD, and other local touchpoints
3) Proofs of Concept
c) Setup Proof of Concept for Exchange online archiving (utilizing Archive 360)
i) Setup Archive 360
ii) Setup rules for:
(1) Permanent retention policy
(2) Others to be defined by Core Computing.
iii) Migrate data from Symantec Vault to Archive 360 to enable read/write to that data.
d) Setup Proof of Concept for Enterprise Mobility & Security Compliance Suite (Microsoft)
i) Setup EMS
ii) Setup rules for:
(1) Permanent retention policy
(2) Others to be defined by Core Computing.
iii) Migrate data from Symantec Vault to EMS to enable read/write to that data.
e) Implement and test Azure Information Protection Plan 2 for BCBSA for automated tagging of documents.
