Solution architect for IVR space and his skill sets required are primarily Genesys telephony technologies and he should also familiar with AWS Connect technologies. He should have good experience in API Test automation tools like SOAP UI. Good hands on IVR testing. Also good client facing communication skills. Minimum years of experience: 5+
