1. Good Hands on BA/BSA experience in Mortgage Domain, specifically Origination.
2. UAT Testing experience/knowledge and comfortable in writing test cases, test scenarios etc.
3. Hands on experience in one of the major Loan Origination products like Encompass.
4. Knowledge and Experience in Agile way of working
5. Good Communication Skills, Learning Attitude and experience in Co-ordination between Client, Vendors and Offshore Teams.
