Job Title: Product Development
Location: Eden prairie, MN
Duration: 6 months
Primary Skills: Agile,Product Development
Required qualifications:
*5+ years of product management, product development, product strategy or equivalent work experience
*Knowledge of product development process, experience with requirements management, project management, and complex projects and activities
*Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-though
*Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, and implement software solutions; work across partner teams to resolve any issues or dependencies (teams or technologies)
*Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people, strategies, and recommendations with business objectives
*Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
*Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
*Demonstrated experience working with cloud technology
*Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an ambiguous and matrixed environment
*Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Preferred qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree
*Experience working in an Agile / Scrum work environment
*Experience working with multiple projects, teams, and / or stakeholders simultaneously
*Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
