Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
1. Mortgage exp
2. Loan origination exp
3. Business Analyst exp

Nice to have skills:
1. Hands-on experience in Encompass application

Detailed Job Description:
1. Atleast 7 yrs. of IT experience.
2. Good Hands on BA/BSA experience in Mortgage Domain, specifically Origination.
3. UAT Testing experience knowledge and comfortable in writing test cases, test scenarios etc.
4. Hands on experience in one of the major Loan Origination products like Encompass.
5. Knowledge and Experience in Agile way of working
6. Good Communication Skills, Learning Attitude and experience in Coordination between Client, Vendors and Offshore Teams.


Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Business analysis
2. Test case creation and execution
3. Onsite coordination
