Job Description:
10+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA or similar role
SQL Server Administration experience required
Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization in SQL Server: Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
Experience Configuring and maintaining High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
Experience troubleshooting issues in SQL Server with High Volume on Large Size DBs (5TB+), providing suggestions for improvement
Experience analyzing SQL and Perfmon logs to identify bottlenecks in Production Servers
Experience in using Tools for Database Health Checks, Index Analysis & Optimization, Temp DB review and Log File review
Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory
Hands on with Basic .Net, C#, PowerShell
Working knowledge of Azure infrastructure - Virtual Machines, Networking, ARM templates
Strong problem-solving skills : Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time or production environments
Good time-management skills
