Job Description:

QA LEAD with DWH and BI reports testing

Required Skills and Experience:

Over 8+ years of experience in testing with at least 3-4 years of Hands on Test leadership experience
5 + years of Software Testing (STLC) experience in DWH and BI reports testing experience
Domain: 3-5 Yrs. of Good Health care insurance domain knowledge is required
Strong Hands-on Experience in DWH testing principles and industry best practices
Adequate SQL Knowledge to validate Source-Target systems that have complex Transformation logic
Experience working with Informatica PowerCenter or similar
Experience with many of the transformations of Informatica including complex lookups, stored procedures, update strategy, mapplets, etc.
Proven communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization, and to interact well in a team environment
Minimum team size handled around 10 -15 people
Defect Tracking & Test Management Tool experience (ALM, JIRA, etc.)
Any Job scheduling Tool (Control-M, Tidal, etc.)
