Job Description:
Release Train Engineers (RTE) support an Agile release train in optimizing the flow of value for a team of Agile teams following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
The RTE plays a critical role leading and driving program success.
This includes working with technology leadership to build and leverage the team and release train capacity model, establishing and coaching the train on the application of objective metrics for evaluating delivery performance, supporting release train leadership in establishing a clear release train priority, and driving consistency and relentless improvement across the train's teams.
Must Have Skills:
* Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer
* Proven track record of success executing in an Agile environment, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
* 2 years of experience in an IT execution role (e.g., Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner)
* Prior HSBC Experience, preferably in IT delivery
* JIRA systems working knowledge
* Confluence systems working knowledge
