Client: Infosys Job Title: SAP APO Consultant | PPDS Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Position type: Contract Contract duration: 12 months+ extension possible Job details - PPDS implementation - Experience in Pharma industry - SCM APO - Triage and analyze the issues raised by business users Identify any workaround solution for any issue requiring immediate resolution Carry out required configuration activities for bug fixes - Coordinate with the technical team ABAP to ensure the required technical work is completed for incident resolution - Perform the required testing for incidents upon completion of resolution activities - Provide status update to Client on all incidents assigned to himher Train the users and provide support.
