Client: Infosys

Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll Expert

Location: Richardson, Texas

Position type: Contract

Contract duration: 6 months+ extension possible

Job Details:

Must Have Skills

* HCM Schema & GL financial postings for Payroll

* SAP North America (US &CA) Gross to Net Payroll, and Tax proficient

* Ability to create/modify Payroll/Time schemas, rules , Operations, functions independently/ Understand payroll posting to SAP and non SAP systems and support complex configuration and development needs

* Ability to Create /modify Wage Types , understand FLSA rules and California specific time calculations.

Nice to have skills:

a. Ability to manage projects from system configuration and development perspective and work with developers day to day basis.

b. Subject Matter expert in SAP Gross to net payroll including integration touch points

Desired years of experience: 10+ years

Top responsibilities:

1.) Write business requirements, design documents and functional specifications

2.) Provide support to development team during build phase

3.) Provide governance for functional configuration and monitor the deliverables

4.) Work with client PM to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates

My timings are 9AM EST to 5.30 EST.
