Position Type: Contract Skills/Experience * Experience writing software documentation (Release Notes, API Documentation, User Guides, etc.) for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience with writing JSON, XML & API documents. * Superior written and verbal communication skills. * Able to quickly gain autonomy and a facility with new tools and technologies and then efficiently write about them. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects within prescribed deadlines. * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that can involve unexpected changes in assignments, schedules, and technologies. * Solid, proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. * Have a solid foundation in the principles of computer programming, API design and software architecture. * Comfortable working with Business Analysts and other SMEs (in a cross-cultural environment) to gather the information required to develop documentation assets in a timely fashion. * Experience working with XML Editors (e.g. Oxygen, XMLSpy) a plus++ * Web design and development experience within open source CMS platforms such as WordPress, MODx, Joomla, etc. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following languages and technologies: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
