Job Description:
* Software/hardware test experience comprising of cloud, IoT/embedded systems, and mobile applications.
* Hands-on experience with basic and some advanced networking technologies with an indepth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, and other upper layer application protocols).
* Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi testing (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and to be able to effectively debug Wi-Fi system/protocol-level issues.
* Hands-on experience with smart home protocols such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, BLE.
* Excellent debugging skills, the ability to articulate defects with detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills while working with local/remote teams to help understand issues, address lab network issues, etc.
* Must have excellent understanding of various testing methodologies and be able to implement comprehensive test strategies that examine a complex ecosystem.
* Hands-on experience with performance test methods and tools; e.g. - IxChariot, Spirent, Octoscope, Ixia, etc.
* Hands-on experience and performance testing of multicast IPTV and OTT video delivery systems is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with Python automation with the ability to develop scripts and maintain framework independently is a plus
Must Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi testing (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and to be able to effectively debug Wi-Fi system/protocol-level issues
