• Expert knowledge on Genesys Pure Engagement on Premise
• Expert Knowledge on Email, Chat Architecture and flows
• Expert Knowledge of Voice Architecture and Call flow using Genesys Components
• Candidate should be ready to work in onshore-offshore model.
• Candidate should be ready to handle a team of other developers
Must Have Skills:
• Exp. in Genesys PureEngage development
• Exp. in Genesys PureEngage on premise development
• Exp. in Voice Architecture
• Exp. in Chat Architecture
