Job Details:
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
• Review the definition in detail, and design of the solution, in order to define how business specifications should be implemented in Bizagi.
• Definition of the data structure that will allow for the proper administration of information, easy modeling, flexibility if changes occur, and fast queries.
• Definition of the technical specifications of the Solution based on functional specifications.
• Provide support so that Customer can successfully construct and implement the Solution by modelling and developing the process utilizing Bizagi Digital Platform, from the definition of the specifications and the design of the Solution.
• As part of the construction and implementation of the Solution, Service Provider will provide support to model the process, create the data structure, develop user forms, configure validation, and behaviour of the fields, develop business rules and policies and incorporate them in the Solution, configure assignments for each activity and manual event and integrate Customer’s external systems.
• Assist Customer in the definition and execution of test plans to ensure meets the requirements defined in business modelling and design phases.
• Deploy the Solution into production environment after receiving user acceptance testing sign-off from Customer’s business team.
• Provide post-production support for a successful roll-out of the new applications to Customer’s user community. Post-production support shall consist of answering questions regarding the Solution and resolving configuration or set-up problems with the Solution.
