Detailed Job Description:
Lead a team of 3 to 5 developers. Ability to understand requirements and architecture. Designing changes to applications. Coding, code review. Experience in implementation planning in coordination with teams. Status reporting. Good analytical and troubleshooting ability. Work closely with team too successfully deliver project
Minimum years of experience*:
8+
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Impact analysis, design based on architecture and requirements
2. Development, code review, code deployment, impl planning and implementation. Testing support
3. Lead a team of 3-5 developers including task planning, tracking, reporting and issue resolution
Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work:
• Experience in .NET technologies such as VB.NET, C#, WCF. Experience in SSIS is a bonus
• Experience in applications design and good understanding of solution / system architecture
• Good understanding and experience in detail implementation plans involving other teams and vendors
• Experience leading a team of 3+ developers
• Strong communication and coordination skills working with Architect, BA, PM, testing team members from with the team and other teams
• Be able to take technical decisions and guide the team
• Strong analytical ability and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to estimate, come up with tasks for the team and track / report work
• Experience working on all phases of Agile and Waterfall projects
