Job Title: Network Engineer with NOC
Work Location: Bethpage, New York
Client: Infosys Technologies Limited
Contract duration: 06 Months + Extendable Possible

Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
· Job Title: NOC Engineer – Network L3 support.
· This role is required to work on one of the weekend days and shift timings for another 4 weekdays.
· Cannot be remote, needs physical presence in lab.
Job Description:
· Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.
· Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.
· Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.
· Interact, collaborate, and coordinate with other NOC tier support groups and fourth level subject matter experts within various business departments.
· Perform daily administrative duties, support maintenance activity, and execute processes and procedures as outlined by department.
· Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required. One weekend day plus
· 5AM to 3:30 PM EST (4 days a week)
· 2:30 PM to 1 AM EST (4 days a week)
· 9 PM to 7:30 AM EST (4 days a week)
· 9AM to 5:30 PM (training period only, 5 days a week)
Skills:
· Network Administration
· Knowledge of IP stack protocols and routing protocols
· Linux working knowledge
· CCNP Enterprise Certification
· 3+ years of experience
