Job Title* NOC Engineer – R&S (L3 support)
Work Location* Bethpage, NY - 11714 (must be willing to work from Bethpage NY mandatorily, as it involves lab presence)

Job Description:
• Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.
• Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.
• Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.
• Interact, collaborate, and coordinate with other NOC tier support groups and fourth level subject matter experts within various business departments.
• Perform daily administrative duties, support maintenance activity, and execute processes and procedures as outlined by department.
• Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required. One weekend day plus
o 5AM to 3:30 PM EST (4 days a week)
o 2:30 PM to 1 AM EST (4 days a week)
o 9 PM to 7:30 AM EST (4 days a week)
o 9AM to 5:30 PM (training period only, 5 days a week)
Skills:
• Network Administration
• Knowledge of IP stack protocols and routing protocols
• Linux working knowledge
• CCNP Enterprise Certification
My timings are 9AM EST to 5.30 EST.
