Detailed Job Description:
Quality Engineering Lead - lead and roll out our approach for unit testing and quality gates. Must be able to go beyond traditional Unit testing practices and can suggest/establish and roll out better practices across enterprise. They must have a software engineering background delivering using a DevOps pipeline using best practices like unit testing, quality gates, frequent builds, qualitative analysis. Their first focus will be creating learning for unit testing and partnering with teams to ensure adoption. From there they will bridge into other forms of quality engineering like using quality gates to block builds or implementing different types of automated testing post build.
Job Description:
Development Experience in at least one of the leading technologies such as Java, .Net, C# or Angular.
Has experience in writing Automated Unit Tests (TDD and BDD experience would be a plus)
Self-driven to perform research and analysis to assess industry-leading tools and best practices
Enterprise strategic mind-set and strategic solution-oriented
Experience with rolling out enterprise initiatives (tooling, best practices, standards)
DevOps Pipeline & Tool Chain experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Minimum years of experience*:5+
Certifications Needed: No
