Title: Coupa Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 Months
Desired Qualifications:
· Must have overall 6 years of experience in Procurement technologies SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP etc.
· Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of hands on working experience Coupa.
· Must have experience in configuring Coupa, user set up, approval workflow design, punch out set up etc
· Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Account Payable, Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP’s
· Coupa SIM module experience.
· Deep understanding of Source to Pay process.
· Previous experience in implementing at least one end to end Coupa implementation project.
· Previously worked as Coupa admin / supported Coupa for medium to large clients.
· Previous experience worked in fast paced companies, Agile / scrum methodology.
· Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Coordinate with business and development team.
· Candidate must be able to work independently on complex configurations.
· Proficient in developing various project documents.
· Passionate, quick learner, Team first mindset.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-starter.
Job Description Activities
· Develop technical requirements for To-Be business processes
· Write functional and technical design document
· Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
· Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
· Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
· Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
· Deploy solution in various environments
· Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client’s key and end users
Other Skills
· Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++
· Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
· Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL
· Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation)
· Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases
