Detailed Job Description:
- Strong Technical Power BI Architect/Technical lead with 10 year of experience in BI
- atleast 7+ years of experience in Power BI, DAX queries, AAS (Azure Analysis services), Power Automate.
- Should have excellent technical knowledge on MSBI Suite with hands on expertise specifically on Power BI and Azure Analysis services (AAS) tools.
- Should have played a Lead Role for at least 4 years
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with business analysts/system analysts, customers, internal teams etc.
Should work from Onsite from WI or FL office whenever needed as per client location
Expertise in writing complex DAX functions in Power BI and Power Pivot.
Expertise in Power BI Dashboards Development.
Worked on all types of transformations that are available in Power bi query editor.
Experience working on Data Warehouse concepts on designing like star schema, snow flake, dimension and fact table.
Excellent knowledge on SQL Queries
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Responsibilities would be
- Lead effort to develop technical solutions as per customer requirment.
- Convert business/functional requirements in technical specifications.
- Build the dashboards in AAS and power BI
- Drive the deployment of solutions by working with customers and internal team to envision, architect, and help build solutions
- Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise on Power BI and AAS specifically
- Address technical concerns, give ideas and suggestions for better solution and client benefit.
- Developing technology specifications and ensuring that new technology solutions are designed for optimal access and usefulness, and leveraging existing technologies when possible
- Applying architectural and engineering concepts to design a solution that meets operational requirements, such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability and manageability
- Identifying the technologies to employ based on price, performance, service agreements and organization constraints
