Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

Principal JDA Category Management Consultant, you will interact with key stakeholders and apply your techno functional proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application customization and Design.
You will play an important role in creating the solution and technical design. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Atleast 12 years of BY Category Management Experience Space and Category Management, Merchandising Replenishment and Allocation Process
Should have the knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning and functional and interface designs etc.
Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements.
Should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
Should be responsible for defining and documenting solution, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs) and Client Requirements.
Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
Excellent knowledge of BY(JDA) Products: - Category Management (Space Planning, Floor Planning, Category Knowledge Base, Category Knowledge Server, Web Publisher, Console, Open Access Open Access API, BY(JDA) Open Access-Cognos Integration, Assortment Optimization, PoG-Generator and Space Automation) and Dynamic Allocation (part of SCPO Suite)
Should able to articulate product Road Map to Business Directors and Project Stake-Holders
Should able to lead detailed design sessions, architecture & process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
Identifying gap between Product and led the enhancements required for Business to increase their productivity and efficiency
