Detailed Job Description:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Extensive experience in performance testing & engineering and worked with various technologies (J2EE/Java, NodeJs, Kubernetes, Docker container, Ingress proxy, Containerized microservices etc.)
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and its components
Expert & strong knowledge of Loadrunner, Jmeter
Expert in managing Performance Center & ALM servers
Experience with Splunk of using complex queries, creating dashboards, reports & alerts
Deep understanding of architecture in order to gather Non-functional requirements
Test Scenario design to validate the system’s ability to provide service to achieve SLAs
Hands-on in-web based scripts (Loadrunner)
Troubleshooting performance issues to identify the root cause and resolve issues
Hands on experience running scale test for Kafka topics and monitor them
Hands on experience to monitor Linux servers using commands as well as APM tools
Deep knowledge and understanding of Chaos & Resiliency Engineering
Experience in programming languages and process automation
APM tools knowledge (Instana, NewRelic and Datadog)
Strong understanding of Java runtime (JVM) performance, JMX, Garbage Collection and Thread management
Code design and reviews to ensure performance best practices are embedded in design.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Ability to leverage industry best practices
Manages process improvements and adoption of new technologies
Advantage if certified in Loadrunner/Jmeter/Splunk/AWS
