Previous working experience as a Scrum Master\Product Owner for 2-3 year (s) in handling Agile Scrum project.
Organize, prioritize and assess work of the scrum team.
Gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Also, Good Retail Domain knowledge, business interaction and communication Previous working experience as a Scrum Master for 5 year s in handling Agile Scrum project. Organize, prioritize and assess work of the scrum team. Gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. Sprint planning by estimating tasks and breaking down those tasks into smaller chunks subtasks. Plans for sprint reviews and captures feedback from the development team and product owner.
