Must Have Skills:
Skill Set For Windows Administrator
· Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
· Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards
· Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
· Coordinate and communicate with impacted business units
· Experience with Windows 2020, 2012R2, 2016, 2008R2
· Experience in windows migration and upgrades / roll back
· Experience in Microsoft Clusters
· Experience in integrating other Microsoft applications such as BizTalk, MySQL etc.
· Experience in DHCP, DNS, IP configuration
· Power shell script skills
· Experience with physical Dell and HP blades
· Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure
· Strong communication skills
· Understand of Active Directory, Group Policies, OU structure
· Strong Troubleshooting skills regarding all components of Windows from OS and driver issues to authentication issues.
· Ability to take project requirements and turn them into an executable plan
· Knowledge in VMware and SCCM
· Experience in ITSM incident, change and problem management
