Support Product Owner to effectively plan and manage sprint scope, timelines, backlogs, and new requests. Ensure development team understand project scope, objectives, and sprint goals.Coach team members in agile ways of working, tools, self-organization, and cross functionality. Facilitate and drive agile ceremonies including planning, retrospective meetings, and daily standups. Fostering internal communication by creating channels and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
