Detailed Job Description:
Well versed in Agile/scrum methodology. Worked on testing IVR call flows Testing experience of voice natural language processing (NLP), DTMF, call routing treatment, TFNs, voice/Text to speech (TTS) prompts, barge ability, call trees, call module mappings. Tested the IVR/VRU applications involving Nice Call Routing Platform. Testing Methodology and Test Plan Formulations. Test Case analysis and design, Test Script development and Test Coverage Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools like HP Quality Center , ALM, JIRA , Azure devops Defect tracking using defect management tools. Experienced in API and Web Service Testing using SoapUI and Postman on SOAP /REST Protocols. (Good to have). Experience in utilities domain (Good to have) . Good communication skills

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Test Plan and test Cases Preparation
2. Test Execution and Test reports preparation
3. Coordination with stakeholders and defect management and Onshore/Offshore Co-ordination
