• BY/JDA SCPO Techno functional support for Demand and Fulfilment modules
• Nature of the work includes Business Support, Enhancements, Batch Support, Applications Support, Support for infra changes. CRs, PBIs, Incidents, SRs.
• Should be able understand and follow client business process.
