Need Automation QA lead @ Dallas TX
Position : Automation QA lead
Location : Dallas,TX
Duration : 6+months
Experience: 8+ Years
Skills:
· Get an understanding of current state of QA which includes
o Understanding of current product functionality
o Understanding of current QA process
o High level walkthrough of the current test suites and test cases
o Understanding of current automation test cases and tools
o Understanding of automation test case backlog
· Understand the current challenges with respect to QA
· Assessment of quality of the manual test plan
· Establishment of baseline for manual testing (to measure improvement against)
· Development of metrics report/template to demonstrate continuous improvement against investment
: The outcome of this engagement will be a comprehensive Recommendation & Roadmap Document covering following aspects.
o Recommendations for improving quality of the manual test plan
o Recommendations for the baseline for manual testing
o Recommendations for clearing backlog for automation test cases
o Recommendations for any changes in the test automation tools of framework
o Recommendations for the QA challenges identified as part of the engagement
o Plan & Timeline for implementing the recommendations
o Recommended metrics report/template that will be used to measure continuous improvement during the implementation of these recommendations
o Estimated cost for implementing recommendations
