Job Title: Network Data Engineer

Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
· 6 plus year of experience in planning, designing, and deploying within a Cisco networking environment.
· Proficiency in upgrade and managing Cisco routers and switches a must.
· Experience with unified communication manager a plus.
· Must possess the ability to plan, design, implement, and support network systems of moderate complexity.
· Support WAN connections to customer’s commercial endpoint devices and analyze utilization to determine circuit capacity requirements.
· Perform third level support within customer’s environment to resolve network issues and support the implementation of new network solutions.
· Conduct periodic analysis and data collection to establish the potential for improvements within the communication networks.
· Provide engineering recommendations to the customer as requested.
· Work closely with project and account managers to support all client network requirements.
· Design and participate in new staff training syllabus in order to ensure that all are aware of and compliant with customers environmental and procedural requirements.
