Detailed Job Description:
• 8 plus years of salesforce experience on Field Service Lightning, sales, service, and communities features.
• Extensive experience in major aspects of Salesforce.com products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud ,Field Service Lightning
• Experience in Enabling Field service application.
• Setting up operating hours , Skills , Service Territories , Service Resource etc.
• Setting up scheduling policies based on Organization requirements.
• Setting up work type templates to standardize how the work orders are created and scheduled.
• Setting up maintenance plans and templates to define how frequently the planned services are needed by the customer.
• Create work orders and associated service appointments.
• Service Report setup based on business requirement.
• Excellent skills in communicating with business stakeholders and technology teams.
Top 3 responsibilities
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects designers to define the technical architecture on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing functions and effectively communicate to the build teams.
2. Define the technology architecture blueprint, establish road maps to provide solutions that is scalable for global countries.
3. Define the system architecture landscape by identifying the gaps between the current and the desired end states and deliver comprehensive solutions.
