Support and enhance customized solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform to support critical business functions in agile fashion.
Job details:
Manage daily support tickets through Buganizer (Google Ticketing Tool) and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
Interact directly with clients or onsite as necessary to analyse requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
Minimum years of experience
5+
Certifications Needed:
