Participate in project activities including QA, move to production, etc. 2. Actively participate in cross functional teams to integrate back-office data in SFDC, and to address strategic business issues involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 3. Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multidimensional team   Detailed Job description: • Salesforce Consultant with minimum 10 plus years of experience in Sales/Service/Marketing cloud implementation as a business analyst with deep functional, industry and client facing experience • Good to have work experience on Salesforce CPQ Projects as consultant • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce security framework profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, sharing settings etc. Configure Users, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Escalation, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder. Experience in report & dashboards configurations • Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team • Ability to analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and dev team on the same. • Converting business requirements to Epics and Stories • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for end-user community.
