Hands on experience to work on forms and template in SmartIQ
Prodcution support for SmartIQ forms
Client facing experience is mandatory
Nice to have:
Good exposure to Enterprise CCM Solutions
Good Java programming and analytical skills
Detailed job description:
IT experience of 8 years out of which 3 experience minimum playing Technical Lead role. Hands on development experience with SmartIQ forms development. Good exposure to Enterprise CCM Solutions. Good Java programming and analytical skills. Should be able to independently manage client interactions. Good awareness of Solution Design concepts. Good communication skills.
Candidate should work directly with client and have production support experience.
