Job Description:
• IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Asset & Config)
• ITBM (APM, Project & Portfolio, Demand, Resource, Time);
• HR
• Knowledge on Domain separation and CMDB.
• Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Web services
• Working knowledge of Mid-Server Configuration
• Proven experience in custom application development along with client Side and server-side scripting along with flow designer
• Expertise in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions and catalog
• In-depth knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills along with Service Portal configuration and Reporting and Analytics
• Excellent coding skills using Java, JavaScripts, Angular JS, HTML, CSS
• Well versed with data exchange formats like JSON, XML
• Automation expertise using ServiceNow orchestration
• Prior knowledge of agile methodologies
