• 10 plus years of IT experience in total.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise in Scrum, SAFe and Agile project management.
• A Sr Scrum Master with CSM certified candidate with Agile project management experience.
• Experience in retail ecommerce omni digital space would be a perfect candidate as this role will be working on Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Sr. scrum master helps oversee the scrum and development team. Expertise in agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others within project
• Business facing communication is critical for this role. Experience with Agile methodologies is a must
• Digital transformation implementation experience is a great plus. Experience with Ecommerce, Omnichannel and Retail solutions is a great plus
