Job Title: SAP Business Objects Consultant
Location: remote
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 months+ Extension possible
Job Details:
• Design, develop, and test data processes per business requirements, following the development standards and best practices as well as participate in code peer reviews to ensure our applications comply with best practices
• Understand business requirements through interacting with business analysts and end-users
• Extensive experience creating advanced complex reports in Business Objects 4.2 (Web Intelligence) and Universes (IDT and UDT) by applying strong technical knowledge of features and functions of Business intelligence tools
• Experience working with SAP HANA and Oracle data bases. Should have a good understanding of HANA views to build universes on top of HANA views
• Experience in tuning and enhancing universes with SQL Queries for the Report performance
• Good understanding of User Security in Business Objects any additional knowledge on SAP BO CMC is Plus
• To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions
• Good communication skills to work with onsite and offshore teams in varying time zones during all phases of SDLC
