- 5 plus years of Salesforce experience in configuration and customisation - 3 plus years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Design and Build - Hands on experience in creating campaigns, journey builders, email studio, mobile studio, automation studio - Knowledgeable about Sales/ Service Cloud integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Working knowledge on with content builder to create content templates - Knowledgeable in using reports in Marketing Cloud to track campaign adoption - Experience with Agile implementation methodologies - Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration Additional Sills: |
