Must have Skill:-
- 5+ years of Technical Project Manager experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts and tools
- Extensive experience of working in upgrade projects related to large data platforms (Hadoop/Talend)
- Should be able to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between Release Management and project team
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
- Demonstrated ability in people management, planning, risk management, change management, project management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks while ensuring that the team is progressing towards the end goals
- Should be able to understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items, work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis, update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred
