Detailed Job Description:
o At least 6-7 years of experience with Information Technology and exposure to technology development projects and the full technology development lifecycle
o 1-2 years of working experience in development with recent practical experience with business process management (BPM) software like Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite, jBPM, or business rules software like Red Hat JBoss BRMS, Drools.
o 1-2 years of experience with application servers, e.g., Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP), Wildfly, Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS), or IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
o Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
o Strong Core Java, JEE development experience.
o Strong development experience on Rules Engine, preferably Drools
o Strong development experience on BPM tools, preferably JBPM
o Strong development experience in JEE & OO Design Patterns, spring, Hibernate
o Strong development experience is Web Service integration using REST/SOAP.
o Strong development experience in XML/XSTL, JSON, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS.
o Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
o Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
