Job Details:
• At least 6+ years leading technology teams in development efforts that are governed by timeline, scope, and budget
• At least 3+ yrs for experience in IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/IBM Websphere Message Broker.
• Provide high quality IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/IBM Websphere Message Broker/Websphere MQ technology solutions
• Assist the team members at offshore, find out if there are any impediments with the current sprint activities handled by the team & help them in getting them resolved
• Adhere to client policies & code standards & ensure team follows the same
• Ensure adherence to CICD process, documentation of sprint activities /user stories are captured on confluence space
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
• Oversee production support activities & look into any critical/high issue happening during onsite hours
