Strong project lifecycle management in waterfall and agile methodologies.
Understanding of Utilities domain.
Excellent soft-skills and leadership skills to lead requirement workshops.
The candidate must be a team player.
Job Description:
- Planning the requirements sessions, setting up guidelines for the various deliverables, people, and time management for implementation.
- Prepare work estimates, staffing plan, Statement of Work, System Development Plan
- Develop work breakdown structure for the project.
- Track and manage Risk, Issues, Actions Items, and Dependencies for the project.
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and keep track of status of various deliverables
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to Client to ensure highest quality standards are met.
- Managing resources (including Vendors) according to plan
- Create and maintain Project, Knowledge, Risk and Configuration management plans
- Conflict management between internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous cadence with clients to understand scope creep, change in expectations and manage the same
- Interact with clients to elicit architectural and non-functional requirements
