Position: Incident Manager | eCommerce
Implementation Partner: INFOSYS
Location: Issaquah, Washington
Duration: 6 months
 
Job Description:
● Monitor for issues impacting external customer experience (e.g., eCommerce)
● Assess the severity and criticality of issues as they present themselves
● Drive and coordinate priority 1 and 2 major incidents with eCommerce and other IT teams, including vendors, for quick resolution
● Ensure all necessary parties are included and engaged on incident calls
● Ensure proper communication and escalations are followed in a timely manner
● Ensure bridge notes are kept up-to-date and organized to track troubleshooting efforts and status’
● Prioritize investigation efforts to attack the highest priority incidents first
● Attend daily stand ups and report on open incident status
● Responsible for managing and reporting Mean Time To Respond and Mean Time to Resolution rates
● Build and maintain a meaningful dashboard of known issues and actionable data
● Present dashboard to leadership to drive strategic decision making
● Identify recurring issues by using incident trend analysis
