Job Description:
• Must be proficient in JAVA, Oracle and SQL server
• MHE experience is highly preferred for the JAVA roles, at least 4-5 years of experience (or similar automation equipment)
• Must have JMS (Java Message Service), which is a way we communicate with different pieces of software that we’ve built
• While we are going to more web base with interfacing, we are still using client server based for many things, so the person needs to be good at both. They need to be good at both back-end and front-end programming, not just one (full stack).
• Ideal location in Salt Lake City but open to remote
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development using Microsoft technologies
• Experience with ASP.net, AJAX, Java Script, JQuery; HTML5 a plus
• Experience with developing inter-process communication (TCP/IP socket of WCF) a plus
• Experience with Mobile Software Development a plus
• Experience with WPF and XAML Technologies a plus
• Experience in the Material Handling Industry/Distribution Centers and warehouse automation
• Computer skills, including Java or .Net Framework, C#, VB or C/C ++, or SQL or Oracle Server
• Understanding of computer science design patterns and ability to develop objected-oriented design patterns
• Understanding of real-time control software architectures embedded RTOS application design using threads and inter-process communication, structured code, abstraction, device drivers, and similar technologies
• Knowledge of Team Foundation Server version control system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
