Job Description:
• 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support project
• 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple functional areas of ERP Business Processes, D365FO functional design, testing, UAT and support experience
• Strong proficiency in D365 Commerce modules
• Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support
• Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade
• Experience of MPOS development
• Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS
• Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations
• Experience of working in SLA based support
• Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS
• Flexible with work hours
• Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution
• Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them
• Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment
• Should be okay to work in Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
• Solution estimation methods

• Travel as needed
• D365 Commerce / Retail Certifications
• Must be on US soil
• Should be techno functional consultant

• Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge
