Job Title: App Admin Location: Rumford, RI Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months) Minimum Requirements · 4 solution being implemented as SaaS · Responsible for recommending best practices for configuration, single sign on, integration and post go live support · There is no development involved as the these are vendor solutions · There is very little configuration needed, primary role is to support the app as an IT App Admin to address business needs post go live · Make sure weekly meetings and tasks are attended to and completed and App admin understands the application functionality on configuration, roles and responsibilities · Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement the requirements based on business need · Provide support (configuration) for the application functions after implementation phase · Support work being performed by tracing it in Service Now for after implementation support
